I'll be on MT for a decent amount of time this summer since I'm hoping to finish
scanning a ton artbooks and such that I have...Anyways, if you need another beta
tester, I'll help as well. I tend to limit my usage of this site mainly to
Firefox though...
This isn't quite a major bug, but its
still a bug...
Everytime I try click the "Set as Favorite Category" link for any
series with a four digit ID (ex. D Gray-man #1004), an error page comes up. The
answer is simply that there is a comma in the number. I'm not sure if its a
coding error or what, but manually removing the comma allows the link to
work.
I'm not sure if this is just me alone or not, but its something I run into every
so often. Just wanted to let the mods know.
I don't think a lot will be changed. Maybe a little erasing of the blood here
and there, but I don't think there was anything drastic that occured in
Bleach.
...well, maybe that Yoruichi scene in Soul Society, but that's a long way off.
MAAAAAN I reeeeally hope they get good voice actors.
That's the only real part that kills an anime... (To me at any rate.)
erm...I haven't listened to the OST myself in a while, but the one for the
XXXHolic movie from Clamp was kinda haunting. (It's on my external hd at the
moment, and I'm kinda lazy.) You can get the whole OST from Nipponsei if you
want to sample it before buying.
I'll try to get back to you with more info on it if I remember. =) <--has
leaky memory
I'm not a big collector either (yet) but I have the minatures of Bleach, and
four from Tsubasa Chronicles. I'm hoping to get some more from a few other
series that I like as well. (Aiming for at least Saber from Fate/Stay
Night.)
Most of my money right now is being blown on manga, artbooks, and other
"art" forms of anime/manga relations. ==;;
I like and prefer Lunar. I don't mind waiting for them too much since school's a
bit overloading anyways. Besides, I've gotten into downloading the raws and
skimming thru them to see if I can pick up on what they're saying. I think I'm
successful about 20% of the time.
As far as I can tell, I think Lunar is one of the only groups left that actually
started from the beginning. Most of the other groups picked up kinda in the
middle.
I agree on this too:
Quote by shinsengumiI'm one of those
people who always sticks with one fansub group through the entirety of a series,
so here Lunar has my vote.
For a moment, I thought you were referring to the games on the gameboy or PSP.
(*rotted by Bleach Heat the Soul 2 on PSP*) I realized that Kenpachi isn't a
playable char though. (Or I don't think he is.) (*doesn't know how to unlock
chars from lack of Japanese literacy*)
Anyways, they all have their good points and bad points in their fighting
styles. (still refering to game)
There's a whole thread of help on cosplay.com for Trinity Blood. I skimmed
through it, and I think there were links for tutorials on how to make it in
there somewhere.
In a sense, I guess I would be a night person, because that is just when I'm
most active. Also, during the day, I'm barely outside at all, except for maybe
the lil crossings from class to class. Other than that though, I always find a
classroom to hang out in.
7-8 when Netscape was one of the only browsers. (not sure if IE was out or not
since it was a school required class) I wasn't too interested until about 12+
though. After that, I was/am hooked. +_+
in the anime, its more of an IchigoXRukia and in the manga there were hints of
IchigoXOrihime. I vote for Rukia though. Also, if you're up to date with the
manga you would see a slight hint of YoruichiXUrahara.
I like to download to read manga when it first comes out. If I really like the
manga then of course I would buy it. (100 bought currently in collection) But I
do agree with some that Fan translations are slightly better. (i.e. Yuuko from
XXXHolic, Fan: Dimensional Witch vs DelRey: Time and Space Witch and Shinigami:
Fan: Death God vs ShoJump/Viz : Soul Reaper) But then again, maybe I'm just
biased because I read the fan translations first. lol
I'm currently watching the anime right now, but I'm not too interested in it. I
already read the manga though, so I know the story. Personally though, I like
the manga a lot better. But the opening theme is really nice for the anime. =)
I prefer the shorter stories for her because [don't kill me] she doesn't do good
endings. Also, her artwork never seems to end. I still like her though.
I find that it is ok to "love" an anime/manga/game character, as long
as you don't take it too far. For example, legally changing your name,
constantly cosplaying and role-playing that character [or a character that
"couples" with you "love"] I find that people who pretend to
be a character they like 24/7 annoying to the point of recieving a slap. Every
now and then is fine, but don't take it too far.
Besides, I'd call it infatuation [especially for myself]. I mean, girl's can't
help but fall for a bishounen and guys for bishoujo. ^.^
Quote by miyukikobayakawai just
watched Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien and it really touched my heart...i
actually cried at the part where Takuyaki-san had to choose between
haruka and mitsuki, and he chose mitsuki....sniff... i pity haruka as
well....
That was a spoiler for me but oh welz.
Erm, Fruits Basket [even though the manga is a lot deeper and better]
Tsubasa [again, manga is better] because it's all about sacrifices and paying
the price.
Pretear [maybe] your basic Cinderella/Snow White situation.
I'm still waiting for my Ex HD.
Meanwhile, all I can do is burn it out on cds since I only have a cd burner
[and only 10 cds left]. Meanwhile, I'm down to my last few megs of space, so I
hafta delete or transfer stuff out before I can burn. [Since my ratio of
downloading is higher than taking out]

Alright! Long deadline~I'll try to start after July fourth weekend. (Anime-Expo~~)

I think it might be Futari wa Pretty Cure, but I might be wrong because I've only ran into pix from that series a few times.

In general I don't mind crossplay because of the conventions I've gone to, but I do agree there is a line that people don't want crossed.
To shinsengumi-san, if ManFaye looks horrible in pictures, I hope you never EVER see him in real life. >< (first time at AX for 2005~~ T~T)
LOL to the previous post (shoujoboy's). ^^;

Good luck finding it. (Sorry, tad bit lazy at the moment.)

i got rukia as well. =P
A lot of those characters who think they know everything but don't and refuse to listen to others. I don't remember any at the moment though. =_=''

Alice 19th and Imadoki

I've heard of it, and my friend went crazy over it. Are there any scanlations for it online?

really high-pitched girl voices, and constant "scream-voice" for guys
there was this really annoying character that i hated, even the sight of her, but i don't remember if it was an anime or a K-drama...
Even though I'm a CCS fan, I don't like the dub voice-overs. Same for Fullmetal Alchemist.
That was a spoiler for me but oh welz.
